1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Barnaby Outdoor Limited, 5X Central Road, Kingsland, Auckland 1041, New Zealand (“Barnaby Outdoor”, “we” or “us”). For questions, contact hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz.

2. Promotion period

Entries open at 12:00 noon on 29 September 2026 and close at 5:00pm on 13 October 2026. All times are New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT).

Entries received outside this period will not be included in the draw.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Barnaby Outdoor, people directly involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to enter

During the promotion period, complete and submit the entry form at barnabyoutdoor.co.nz/pages/giveaway-september-2026.

Provide your own name and a valid email address. By submitting the entry form, you agree to these terms and consent to receive marketing emails from Barnaby Outdoor, as disclosed on the form.

Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required. Following, liking, commenting, tagging or sharing on social media does not constitute an entry and does not provide additional entries.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed. Existing email subscribers are welcome to enter but must submit the giveaway entry form.

All valid website entries will go into one random draw with one winner.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one Barnaby Outdoor Adventure Set containing:

• 1 × green tote
• 2 × titanium mug sets
• 1 × washbag
• 1 × Trailkey clip
• 1 × picnic mat

Delivery to the winner’s New Zealand address is included at no cost. Any props or other items shown in promotional images that are not listed above are not included.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable at the winner’s request. We will not require payment to claim or receive the prize.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random on 14 October 2026 from all valid entries received before the closing time. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

We may request reasonable evidence of the selected winner’s identity, age and New Zealand residency before confirming eligibility.

7. Contacting the winner and claiming the prize

We will contact the selected winner by email from hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz within two working days of the draw.

The selected winner must respond within seven calendar days of our notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.

If the selected winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, we will draw another winner at random from the remaining valid entries. The same notification and response process will apply.

Entrants are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking their inbox and spam folder.

8. Marketing emails

By entering, you consent to receive Barnaby Outdoor news, product updates and promotional offers by email.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails. Unsubscribing will not invalidate your entry, reduce your chance of winning or prevent you from claiming the prize.

We may still contact you where necessary to administer your entry or notify you that you have won. Entry does not provide consent to SMS marketing.

9. Personal information

Barnaby Outdoor collects your name, email address and entry details to administer the giveaway, check eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, select and contact the winner, and send the marketing emails described above. We will collect delivery details from the confirmed winner.

If you do not provide the information required by the entry form, we cannot accept your entry.

Information may be processed by service providers supporting our website, entry form, email communications and prize delivery, including Shopify and Klaviyo. Some providers may process information overseas.

We will retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz.

10. Winner publicity

We may ask the winner for permission to announce their name or share a photo on our website or social media. Participation in publicity is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

11. Fair entry

We may exclude entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using automated systems, made on behalf of another person without permission, or otherwise breach these terms.

Any eligibility or disqualification decision will be made reasonably and consistently with these terms. Questions or concerns can be sent to hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz.

12. Facebook and Instagram

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entrant fully releases Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from or relating to this giveaway.

Barnaby Outdoor is responsible for administering the giveaway. Questions about the giveaway should be directed to Barnaby Outdoor, not Facebook or Instagram.

13. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law, including any applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 and Privacy Act 2020.

These terms and the giveaway are governed by New Zealand law.
