Areas we service:

• New Zealand:
  All our products are available to be sent NZ-wide via online purchase.
• Australia:
  

  We now ship directly to Australia. Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that all Australian orders are shipped from New Zealand and may be subject to local customs or import duties upon arrival.

• International:
  If you're not in Aotearoa but are keen to get your hands on some of our gear feel free to get in touch and we would be happy to look into it.

What services we use:

• We use a variety of services depending on the best rates at the time. Couriers that we typically use are: Poste haste, Castles Parcels, Aramarex, NZ Post, NZ Couriers. 
• Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, your shipping cost will appear.
• Unfortunately, we can't post to PO Boxes.
• Rural deliveries will take a little bit longer to arrive.

Delivery estimates:

Within New Zealand:

• Upper and Central North Island: 1-3 working days.
• Lower North Island: 1-4 working days.
• South Island: 2-5 working days.

To Australia:

• Metro areas: 5–10 working days.
• Regional areas: 7–14 working days

All our orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days of purchase unless otherwise stated (e.g. made-to-order items).

Made-to-Order Products

Some of our products are made to order.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before dispatch. We’ll keep you updated along the way and send tracking details once your order is ready to ship.

Order Updates:

You will be contacted once your order has been packed and our team will keep you up to date with all shipping progress via both Email & automated text messages along the way.
